Syntax: USERL(IFE) [<days>]
(default: 999)
Sets default lifetime for user mails. Sysops should define a value
corresponding to BBS harddisk space.
Value 0 makes no sense and leads automatically to a setting of 999.
999 is the max. value and means no deletion anyway.
