Commentary:

K0WAV  Scott : week was good but HOT and humid!  most of my time was catching up on chores that  
K0WAV  Scott : were delayed due to rain.  Guess the rain is done and the London Broil is on. 
K0WAV  Scott : Played a bunch of FT8 on 6 meters last week my Worked state count on Six is now 38! 
K0WAV  Scott : I will wish everyone on the net a Happy Independance Day!  and if you served Thank You!

NT5R   Charley : Busy last few days here, son and gang from Oklahoma visiting, Club getting ready 
NT5R   Charley : for Field Day weekend. Branson w0tri tlarc club running six transmitters 
NT5R   Charley : In past been 3 transmitters so hope we can find enough operators to last all night 
NT5R   Charley : Will be setting up fill-in digipeater at Branson tower site, high part of area 
NT5R   Charley : May need some advice for settings, Using KPC3+ 
NT5R   Charley : Hot here, still walking but earlier in day, 4 mile hike each of last two days

KX4AC  Carl : GE All.  Still been a little hectic, but getting better. Still got some medical 
KX4AC  Carl : tests to do for the kidney transplant list and found out today that includes 
KX4AC  Carl : some dental work.  It has, of course, been hot here too, but not so humid. 
KX4AC  Carl : On Sunday I drove up to Wikenburg.  It used to be a mining town but is now 
KX4AC  Carl : mostly a cowboy-themed tourist place.  There is a nice museum, and at 2000 ft 
KX4AC  Carl : altitude it was 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix.  I need to charge my 
KX4AC  Carl : LiFePo battery for FD, but otherwise think I am ready.  I will just take 
KX4AC  Carl : my bug-out-bag transciever and run with that.  I will probably still want 
KX4AC  Carl : to run from inside, though, it's too hot out in the middle of the day! 
KX4AC  Carl : I am also working on a 10 MHz frequency reference PC board, we'll see how 
KX4AC  Carl : that goes. 
KX4AC  Carl : I guess that's about all for tonight. Back to net >>> 

N3MEL  Glenn : GE all, let see if you copy me, there is a real lag here tonight and I am 
N3MEL  Glenn : missing lines from time to time and when I logged in tonight I did not 
N3MEL  Glenn : get the list of connected stations.. Anyway very hor here as well but sounds 
N3MEL  Glenn : like the tems will be better for FD weekend lets hope. I have to work on

KF5TVG Bob : I've been in S Korea for the last 2 weeks, on a family trip. There 
KF5TVG Bob : werre 10 of us, and the amazing thing is that we still talk to each other!

KF5TVG Bob : Hadn't been there in 20 years, and the population of Seoul is now  
KF5TVG Bob : 9.5 million... and I think I bumped into most of them on the city sidewalks. Hi hi!

KF5TVG Bob : No radio time at all, so looking forward to FD this weekend.. Last year I 
KF5TVG Bob : did some individual battery/qrp work Sat afternoon, but the rest of the time 
KF5TVG Bob : was spent with the local club with 3 transmitters. May do the same this year.
