Not know how in JNOS, never used it much.
But use BPQ32 web interface, its quite simple, just press Reply and then change msg type to B and To: path.
May be active BBS developers :)
can made new command like: SRB (Send Reply as Bull),
just like "SR" working with reply as SP-mail.
